In order to facilitate the safe and prompt commencement of construction projects  uoin can now provide an advice service to Principal Contractors to ensure that an adequate Construction Phase Health and Safety Plan is developed.
If CDM has one shortcoming it is that it does not require any member of
the project team to ensure that the PC continues to fulfil his obligations
under the regulations during the construction phase (i.e. neither the Client
nor CDM Co-ordinator is required to visit site once works have commenced).
uoin therefore provides a program of regular CDM site audits and reports to the Client and Project Management Team on the continued implementation and compliance with the CDM Regulations.
